Customer Service Professional Opportunity

We are currently seeking a motivated Customer Service Professional. The successful candidate will be a key member of our Customer Service team and perform rewarding work within the organization.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Primary customer contact for order-related inquiries and requests
  • Proactive leader within our customer service team
  • Maintain professional standards in customer relationships
  • Prepare reports, process orders, and handle revisions
  • Achieve and maintain high levels of order accuracy
  • Contribute to a positive and interactive environment that fosters creativity and growth
  • Run pricing information, create price sheets in Excel program to provide for customers
  • Confirm customer orders, weekly price changes, and other revisions
  • Professional interaction with customers both over the phone and via email
  • Additional administrative support as needed

Job Requirements

  • Previous administrative or customer service experience and/or relevant education
  • Winning attitude; Self Starter
  • Strong Computer Skills; Microsoft Office experience a plus
  • High Energy; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Additional business or college training a plus.
