Our annual Christmas luncheon was held recently, and we would like to share with you some images from the event.
Every year, we celebrate Christmas with a catered meal featuring pies from The Spot restaurant. Members of our management team serve the meal, and each associate receives a Freshway sweatshirt.
John Reedy was honored at the luncheon for 23 years of service with Freshway. Phil Gilardi presented John with a custom plaque to commemorate his service.
Larry Schultz was also honored for his service with Freshway. Larry joined Freshway in 2013, and he has over 45 years experience in the fresh produce industry.
Freshway Logistics also held an award celebration for drivers who achieved service milestones as well as for safe driving.
John Goubeaux and Frank Counts were honored for five years’ service with Freshway Logistics. Gary Lengerich was honored for 15 years of service.
Fifteen Freshway drivers were honored for achieving 250,000 safe driving miles. Three drivers were honored for achieving 500,000 accident-free miles. Five drivers reached the 750,000 milestone: Bryan Fisher, Tracey Howard, Rick Keith, Mel Mathison, and Jeff Stroh. For achieving these safety milestones, the drivers earned die cast Freshway trucks, gift cards and custom plaques.
Freshway’s annual Christmas celebration is a fun event we look forward to every year. If you are interested in joining a company that appreciates you, we invite you to apply online or stop by our offices at 601 N. Stolle Ave, Sidney, Ohio for an application.
