Buffalo Cauliflower Salad gives you the taste of hot wings in a fresh salad, and plays on the popularity of buffalo cauliflower as a healthier party option. More convenient than wings, you can take this salad anywhere – or to enjoy at home.  This salad features fresh cauliflower, celery, carrots and green onions, along with grilled chicken, blue cheese, and our own Buffalo dressing.

Carrot Apple Salad is a refresh of a traditional homestyle salad. We’ve updated this classic with a sweet, tangy, and savory combination of fresh ingredients. This salad features crisp apples and pear, colorful rainbow carrots, dried cranberries, green onion, savory feta cheese, and our Cole Slaw dressing.

 

 

 

Creamy Corn & Cauliflower Salad is inspired by Elote, grilled Mexican sweet corn. This craveable salad is creamy and fresh, with fresh vegetables and a hint of spice. This salad features corn, cauliflower, cucumbers, red peppers, green onions, feta cheese, cilantro, and our own Lime Tajin dressing.

 

 

 

Lemon Pasta Salad tastes like summer. Some pasta salads can be heavy, but this salad is light and refreshing, with fresh vegetables and a lemony dressing. This salad features tri-color rotini pasta, corn, black beans, tomatoes, green onions, Parmesan cheese, and a light T

Tangy Broccoli Fruit Salad combines sweet fruit with crisp broccoli in a light, fruity dressing. Crisp and refreshing, this salad will appeal to consumers who want healthy, delicious salad options. This salad features apples, pineapple, mandarin oranges, broccoli, sliced almonds, and a Tangy Citrus viniagrette.

The kids are heading back to school this week, which means that summer is almost over. The days are getting shorter, and soon the temperatures will be cooler.
