We recently hosted a meeting of the Tri-County Food Manufacturers’ Council at our production and distribution facility in Sidney, Ohio. Representatives from ConAgra Foods, Agrana Fruit US, Mama Rosa’s Pizza, Dannon, Aunt Millies Bakeries and the Sidney-Shelby County Chamber of Commerce were present.
Our company President and COO, Devon Beer, had this to say about the meeting: “The Tri-County Food Manufacturers’ Council serves an important role for area food manufacturers. The opportunity to get together as a group and share best practices helps us all to be more successful.”
In addition to a tour of Freshway’s production and distribution facility, meeting attendees discussed solutions to food manufacturing challenges and had the opportunity to taste several of Freshway’s new salads.
