We are currently seeking a motivated Customer Service Professional. The successful candidate will be a key member of our Customer Service team and perform rewarding work within the organization.
Primary Responsibilities
Primary customer contact for order-related inquiries and requests
Proactive leader within our customer service team
Maintain professional standards in customer relationships
Prepare reports, process orders, and handle revisions
Achieve and maintain high levels of order accuracy
Contribute to a positive and interactive environment that fosters creativity and growth
Run pricing information, create price sheets in Excel program to provide for customers
Confirm customer orders, weekly price changes, and other revisions
Professional interaction with customers both over the phone and via email
Additional administrative support as needed
Job Requirements
Previous administrative or customer service experience and/or relevant education
Winning attitude; Self Starter
Strong Computer Skills; Microsoft Office experience a plus
High Energy; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills
High School Diploma or GED required; Additional business or college training a plus.
