We are currently seeking a motivated Customer Service Professional. The successful candidate will be a key member of our Customer Service team and perform rewarding work within the organization.
Primary Responsibilities
- Primary customer contact for order-related inquiries and requests
- Proactive leader within our customer service team
- Maintain professional standards in customer relationships
- Prepare reports, process orders, and handle revisions
- Achieve and maintain high levels of order accuracy
- Contribute to a positive and interactive environment that fosters creativity and growth
- Run pricing information, create price sheets in Excel program to provide for customers
- Confirm customer orders, weekly price changes, and other revisions
- Professional interaction with customers both over the phone and via email
- Additional administrative support as needed
Job Requirements
- Previous administrative or customer service experience and/or relevant education
- Winning attitude; Self Starter
- Strong Computer Skills; Microsoft Office experience a plus
- High Energy; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- High School Diploma or GED required; Additional business or college training a plus.
